Using Birdseye Satellite Imagery on the Overlander
With the 3.70 software update, the Garmin Overlander® GPS navigator is now compatible with BirdsEye Imagery. See Wireless Map and Software Update Instructions for instructions to update the software. The US only Aerial satellite imagery is already available to download and use in the Garmin Explore™ App on the Overlander. However, BirdsEye Imagery can be installed if you need to use satellite imagery in the Garmin Drive™ App. BirdsEye Imagery may not be desirable in all scenarios.
