Viewing and Removing Alert Notifications on the Alpha XL

The Alpha® XL navigator provide message alerts when communicating with the dog collar. The notifications include: 

• Dog Movement Status Alerts
• Bark Detection
• Incoming Messages
• Dog Low Battery Warning
• Lost Communication
• Lost GPS Warning

Viewing Notifications

The number of current notifications is displayed on the Main Menu under a bell icon. To access the notifications select the bell icon. When looking at the notifications, they will show you an image and a description of what the dog is doing. The current notifications will be at the top of the list. 

With multiple alerts you are able to scroll through to view them.

Clearing Notifications

Alerts are cleared by selecting the trash can (delete) icon at which point you will be prompted to clear all notifications. It is a good idea to clear notification regularly as over time the notifications may build up and make it harder to view new notifications.
