Disabling the Auto Zoom Feature on Garmin Devices

By default, your device will automatically adjust the zoom scale of the map as you drive. This is done to provide the clearest map image possible while driving.

To Enable or Disable Auto Zoom:

  1. Touch the Settings icon 
  2. Touch Navigation
  3. Touch Map and Vehicle
  4. Touch Auto Zoom to toggle between enabled and disabled

Repeat the above steps as desired.
