Click the link to request an exchange for your watch: Set up an exchange. You will need to enter your watch's serial number into the form. The serial number is a unique combination of 9 numbers and letters which is printed on the side of the watch case under the bottom band pin. You will need to remove the adjustable side of the the watch band from the band pin in order to read the serial number. To remove the band, slide the latch on the QuickFit® band mechanism down away from the watch body, and pull the band off the spring bar watch band pin.
