Deleting Devices from an inReach Professional Account
After canceling service for an inReach® device on a Professional account, the device remains on the account as deactivated. This is to allow for easy reactivation in the future.
However, there are some scenarios that require the device to be removed from the account, such as needing the device to be added to another inReach account.
The administrator of the account can request the device be removed by reaching out to our Professional team. For their contact information, see inReach Professional Account Support.
