Determining the Current WatchMate® Software Version
vmAIS program to check software version
WatchMate® products use the vmAIS utility to check the software version. Always download and install the latest version of vmAIS found on the Software Downloads page.
Connect the device to the vmAIS program: the application and version number display at the top of the screen (see image below). Depending on the model, there could be multiple software versions listed. A software update is available if the application and the AIS version do not match.
