If the previous steps did not correct the issue, it may be necessary to forget the Bluetooth pairing, clear the phone's cache of any hidden files, uninstall the app, reboot the phone, and re-install the Explore app.
- Select Forget Phone in the phone settings of the Alpha 10.
- Navigate to the Main Menu on the Alpha 10.
- Select Setup.
- Select Phone.
- Select Forget Phone.
- Select Yes.
- Forget/Remove the Alpha 10 in the Bluetooth settings of your phone or tablet.
- Consult your phone operating system's documentation for assistance as needed.
- Clear the Explore app cache files and clear data (this step not necessary for iPhones).
- Refer to your phones operating system documentation on clearing app hidden files caches.
Example on Android: Phone Settings > Apps > Explore app > Storage > Clear Cache and also Clear Data

- Restart both the phone and Alpha 10.
- Download the Explore app, and try pairing and syncing again.
