Garmin Connect™ web has a dedicated page that provides the status of current services. Any service that may be down or currently unavailable will be reflected on this page, including the status for the Garmin Golf app. You can access this page at any time by going to connect.garmin.com/status/.


Check for Data Connection Issues on Your Phone

Server errors in the Garmin Golf app may be caused by a bad data connection on the phone due to Wi-Fi® or mobile network issues, or simply needing to restart the phone. Make sure the phone has a working data connection, then try again.
