Open the Garmin Connect app.
Access the menu by selecting More (bottom right).
Select Garmin Devices.
Select the Index S2 Smart Scale.
Select
(top right).
Select Remove Device.
Confirm you want to remove the device.

My Index S2 Smart Scale Has Entered Setup Mode After Being Paired
If you see your Index™ S2 Smart Scale in setup mode after pairing with your smartphone, walk through the following steps to re-establish pairing.
Select your model below to reveal instructions.
Open the Settings app for your Android.
Select Connections.
Select Bluetooth.
Locate the Garmin Device listed in the Bluetooth list and select
.
Select Unpair.
Confirm you want to unpair.
Open the Settings app for your iPhone/iPad.
Select Bluetooth.
Locate the Garmin device in this list and select
.
Select Forget This Device.
Confirm you want to forget this device.
Power your iPhone/iPad off.
Power your Garmin device off.
Power them both back on.
Wake up the Index S2 Smart Scale.
Press the RESET button, located on the underside of the scale.
The scale will power off and power back on in Bluetooth Pairing Mode.
Hold RESET again until
flashes and turns red.
The scale will power off and power back on in Setup Mode.
Proceed with the steps below to pair the scale back to your Garmin Connect app,
Open the Garmin Connect app.
Access the menu by selecting More (bottom right).
Select Garmin Devices.
Select Add Device in the Garmin Connect app.
From the Garmin Connect app select Start or Connect it.
Input the six-digit code displayed on the Index S2 Smart Scale screen into the prompt on the phone.
Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the setup of your device.
