PC Applications: Registration of New Card Fails

Changes were made to improve server security and this means we will only accept secure communications from other sites and programs. Due to this change, some PC programs previously supported by Navionics® will no longer be able to connect properly to register a new marine chart card. Please see our current Compatibility Guide for the latest information regarding supported applications.

If your PC application is no longer listed as supported, you are attempting to register a new card and registration is failing, we may be able to help. Users having this experience can contact Product Support for assistance by emailing navionics.support@garmin.com. When sending your email, please include the name of the PC application you are using, as well as the internal serial number found on the main directory of the card. The internal serial number can be found in the text file titled nTag.
