Sight 'N Go Not Working

Before attempting a Sight 'N Go, the device will need to acquire satellites and the electronic compass will need calibration.

Once these two conditions are met, the Sight 'N Go option is enabled on the device.

Calibrating the Electronic Compass on a Non-touchscreen Device

  1. Go to the Compass page.
  2. Press Menu.
  3. Select Calibrate Compass.
  4. Follow on-screen instructions.

Calibrating the Electronic Compass on a Touchscreen Device

  1. Go to the Compass page.
  2. Press and hold center of compass.
    NOTE: It can take up to 10 seconds for the prompt to appear. 
  3. Select Start.
  4. Follow on-screen instructions.

Upon completion, the screen will display the following message: Calibration Successful

After acquiring a satellite signal and calibrating the compass, Sight 'N Go can be used.
