VIRB Ultra 30 touchscreen not working
When the VIRB Ultra 30 is in a dive case, it assumes there is a chance water will hit the screen and takes steps to decrease this possibility. Because of this, the touchscreen may not always respond immediately when in the case.
To help improve the touch accuracy of your VIRB, please touch firmly in the middle of the screen on the dive case until the screen responds. After doing this, the touchscreen should be more responsive. If you stop interacting with the touchscreen, you may need to press in the middle of the screen again.
If you have turned the touchscreen off, you can either navigate the device using the top buttons, or turn the touchscreen back on.
To turn the touchscreen on:
- Press either of the top arrow buttons to launch the main menu
- Select Display and press Enter/Shutter
- Select Touchscreen and press Enter/Shutter
Your touchscreen should now be enabled again.
