Reducing Parking Notifications on an Automotive Device

Parking notifications can be reduced on some automotive devices by disabling the Parkopedia map.

Note: Disabling the Parkopedia map may prevent search results from populating when accessing Parking under Where To? > Categories. 

To Disable the Parkopedia Map:

  1. Touch dezl 78x settings gear transparent v2oroverlander settings icon
  2. Touch Navigation
  3. Touch Map & Vehicle
  4. Touch myMaps
  5. Touch box next to CN North America NT Parkopedia to remove the checkmark

This will reduce the number of parking notifications in areas where this data is provided by the Parkopedia map. Some notifications may still appear because the default map also has parking points of interest built into it.
