Alpha 200/200i Not Staying Bluetooth Connected to the Alpha Mobile App
If you are having trouble getting the Alpha® 200 or Alpha® 200i dog tracking handheld to stay connected to the Alpha® Mobile app, there are a few things to look for.
Check That the Bluetooth for the Alpha 200 Handheld Is Turned On
The Bluetooth icon should be displayed in the status bar next to the battery charge indicator.
Confirm That You Are Running the Latest Version of the Alpha Mobile App
Check for updates to the Alpha Mobile app.
Make Sure the Software on the Alpha 200 Is Up to Date
Use Garmin Express™ software from a computer, which will automatically check for and install available software updates.
