Is the HRM-Pro Plus Available in Austrailia and New Zealand?

Garmin has decided not to sell the HRM Pro-Plus in Austrailia and New Zealand. Garmin currently offers the HRM-Pro in Austrailia and New Zealand, which is substantially similar to the HRM-Pro Plus.
