The Time on My vivosport Is Wrong
The vivosport receives the time that it displays from either the Garmin Connect app on a smartphone or from Garmin Express on a personal computer. If the time on your watch is not correct after you have completed a sync with either of these programs, this would indicate that the time setting on the device is set to Manual instead of Auto. To correct this issue, take the following steps:
Wake up the display on the watch and swipe the touchscreen.
Hold the touchscreen to view the menu.

Select Set Time.
Select Auto.
If the time was set to manual perform another sync. This should correct the time on your device.
A sync via the Garmin Connect app should automatically occur once you open the app. If one does not occur, touch the sync icon from the upper right hand corner of the My Day screen. If you are still unable to sync via these methods please review Garmin Connect App Bluetooth Troubleshooting.
