Resume Recording on a Garmin Dash Cam Mini after Viewing Videos and Photos or Live View
To see Live View and Review Video on a Garmin Dash Cam™ Mini, the device will need to be connected to the Garmin Drive™ app.
The Garmin Dash Cam Mini will use its built-in Wi-Fi when you go into Live View or Review Video (Gallery) in the Garmin Drive app.
NOTE: The Garmin Dash Cam Mini will not record while in the Gallery or Live Feed.
While in the Gallery or Live View the Garmin Dash Cam Mini LED light will flash blue:
Exit or go back out of the Gallery or Live Feed in the Drive app to disconnect from the Wi-Fi and resume recording:
The Garmin Dash Cam Mini will now be recording as shown with the red LED light(s).
One solid red light indicates recording video only.
Two solid red lights indicate video and audio is recording (as shown below).
