TR-1 Gold Autopilot Blows Fuses Every Time it is Powered ON

If the TR-1 Gold is blowing fuses there could be two items that can cause this issue.

The first item to check is the Electronic Control Unit (ECU). To test this, disconnect the Orange and Black wire that connects the ECU to the Pump and try to power on the autopilot.

If the autopilot powers on after disconnecting the Orange and Black wires, the issue is more than likely a short in the pump itself. 

If the autopilot does not power on when the Orange and Black wires are disconnected, it could be an issue with the ECU or a combination of the pump and ECU. If the pump has a short in it, it can short out the ECU. However, if the ECU has a short in it, it will not affect the pump.

The TR-1 Gold is discontinued and parts are no longer available for replacement.
