Calculating a Scenic Route on a zumo Device

To calculate a more scenic route on the zumo without creating a custom route, you can set the calculation mode to Garmin Adventurous Routing™. This will allow the device to calculate routes on smaller highways and secondary roads, which are generally more scenic. 

To change the Calculation Mode:

1. Touch Settings
2. Touch Navigation
3. Touch Calculation Mode
4. Touch Garmin Adventurous Routing™
5. Touch Save
6. Below Calculation Mode, touch Garmin Adventurous Routing™ to set your routing preferences for curves, hills, and highways

After following the above steps, the zumo will avoid larger highways, and should provide routes on smaller, more scenic roads.
