Transferring a Garmin OnDeck Subscription Between Devices

There may be instances when an OnDeck subscription may need to be transferred; for instance when a device is exchanged. Use the steps below to transfer an OnDeck subscription between devices. 

  1. Go to https://activecaptain.garmin.com

  2. Log in to the account containing the OnDeck subscription and service

  3. Go to Subscription in the Menu on the right side of the screen

    • Active subscriptions will display in the overview

  4. Select Details for the subscription intended to be transferred

  5. Select Edit Subscription

  6. Select Transfer Subscription

  7. Enter the IMEI number for the OnDeck device to transfer the subscription to

  8. Select Transfer Subscription in order to complete the transfer

The OnDeck device can now be used with the transferred subscription.
