Running Pace and Distance Troubleshooting with a Compatible HRM

If you are not getting running pace and distance from your HRM-Pro™, HRM-Pro™ Plus, HRM-Fit™ or HRM 600 monitor, we recommend the following troubleshooting tips:

  • Ensure the software of your HRM is up to date. For instructions see: Updating Software on a Compatible HRM.

  • Ensure you are using a compatible watch. For a list see: Using the Running Pace and Distance Feature on a Compatible HRM.

  • Disable or Remove previous paired foot pods from your Sensors & Accessories list on the watch.

  • Ensure the HRM strap is the source of the Pace & Distance on your watch.

    • Check: Menu > Sensors & Accessories > HRM-Pro, Pro-Plus, HRM-Fit or HRM 600 > HRM Pace & Distance 

  • Your HRM strap must be connected to the watch for the entirety of the activity over ANT+ and not BLE.

    • Check: Menu > Sensors & Accessories > HRM-Pro, Pro-Plus, HRM-Fit or HRM 600 > Connection Type > ANT+
