My fēnix 6 Watch Has an Issue With the Display

If the display screen on your fēnix® 6 watch has missing pixels, a white spot, or a splotch in the screen as shown below, you can submit a request for an exchange to have the watch replaced. The spots will show on every screen, might grow larger over time, and can even show while the watch is turned off.

Click the link to request an exchange for your watch: Set up an exchange . You will need to enter your watch's serial number into the form. The serial number is a unique combination of 9 numbers and letters which is printed on the side of the watch case under the bottom band pin. You will need to remove the adjustable side of the the watch band from the band pin in order to read the serial number. To remove the band, slide the latch on the QuickFit® band mechanism down away from the watch body, and pull the band off the spring bar watch band pin.
