Troubleshooting a Bluetooth, dēzl App, or Garmin Drive App Issue with the dēzl Headset

The dēzl™ Headset 100, dēzl™ Headset 110, dēzl™ Headset 200, and dēzl™ Headset 210 use Bluetooth technology to connect with your smartphone.

An Issue With the Bluetooth Connection Between the Two can Cause any of the Following Issues:

  • Headset and phone will not find one another.

  • Headset and phone encounter problems during the pairing process.

  • The pairing process is successful, but devices do not maintain a Bluetooth connection.

  • You are unable to hear the person you are speaking with or vice versa.

  • Hands-free audio quality is below expectations.

Note: It is recommended not to be on an active phone call to troubleshoot a Bluetooth or dēzl™ App issue. While an active phone call will not prevent troubleshooting, some steps can cause the phone call to drop.
