How to Find the Serial Number on an Alpha T20 and Alpha TT25

The serial number can be found in two different ways on the Alpha® T20 and Alpha® TT25 dog tracking collars.

Finding the Serial Number on the Dog Collar

The serial number is located on the back side below the power button.

Using Your Handheld

If you have an Alpha 200 or Alpha 300 dog tracking handheld you can use the handheld to view the Unit ID off the collar. 

NOTE: This can only be done if you are near the collar and the collar is powered on.

1. Select Dog List
2. Select the dog you want to view
3. Select menu icon 
4. Select About
   • Please allow up to a minute for the handheld to gather the information.

Using Garmin Express™ Program to Locate Your Serial Number

Another way to get the serial number from your tracking and training collar is using the Garmin Express program to electronically retrieve the serial number using your compatible computer. To start you will need to download the Garmin Express program here, Garmin Express. Once installed and opened,

1. Using the supplied USB cable and collar clip connect the device to your computer.
2. If this is the first time you are using Garmin Express select Add Device follow the prompts to continue.
3. If your device was previously added select the device tile.
4. Select Tools & Content.
5. You will find the serial number listed un the Info tab.
