File Limitations of the Foretrex 301/401

When sending or creating files for a Foretrex® 301 or 401 outdoor navigator, keep in mind the following limitations:

• 500 waypoints
  
• 20 routes, 250 points per route
• 10 saved tracks, 500 points per track
  
• Ability to add maps unsupported

While recording a track, the track can have up to 10,000 points. When the track is saved, or a track is imported into Foretrex that has more than 500 points, it will be truncated to 500 points.
