Open the Garmin Connect app.
Select Challenges from the bottom of the screen.
If you have edited the Home page tabs, you can find Challenges under More (bottom right).
Select the challenge you want to leave.
Select

Select Leave to confirm.

Garmin Connect Privacy Settings for Connection Challenges
If your Garmin Connect™ account's privacy setting is set to 'Only Me' your steps and activity distance is still visible when competing in a Connection Challenge in Garmin Connect. Challenge participants may include more than just your Connections. Your activity data that matches the challenge goal, such as total steps or running distance, will be shared with challenge participants. If you do not wish to share this information, you may leave the challenge at any time.
How Do I Leave a Connection Challenge In Garmin Connect?
You can leave a challenge through the Garmin Connect app or Garmin Connect web. Choose your platform below and follow the steps to complete the process. Once you leave your steps and activity distance will no longer display in the challenge.
