How to Enable or Disable Demo Mode on My vívo or Venu Device

Demo mode provides an animation tutorial showing device specific features retailer display models. Demo mode can be found on the following watches:

• Venu® 2 | Venu® 2S

• Venu® 2 Plus

• Venu® 3 | Venu® 3S 

• Venu® 4

• Venu® Sq 2 | Venu® Sq 2 - Music Edition

• Venu® X1

• vívoactive® 5

• vívoactive® 6

How to Enable Demo Mode

IMPORTANT: Enabling Demo mode may delete all user data.

1. Access the watch menu.

2. Select the gear icon or Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select About. 

5. Select Launch Demo.
