Replacement Bands for the Approach S3

Replacing the Approach S3 Watch Band

Replacing the band on your Approach S3 takes just a few steps. Before getting started, watch this video to see the process in action - Changing Wristbands on the Forerunner 610 and the Approach S3

Recommended Tools

• A punch tool (provided when purchasing a replacement band from Garmin.com), or paper clip
• Pliers

Removing the Band

1. Use the punch tool to push the pin out of the band
2. Use the pliers to pull the pin the rest of the way out
3. Set the pin somewhere safe
4. Repeat the process for the other side of the band

After removing both sides, put the new band on the Approach S3.

Replacing the Band

1. Place the band flush with the watch 
   NOTE: Make sure the band is placed correct for the wrist you wear the watch on. 
2. Place the pin back in the hole and push it in
   NOTE: The punch tool can be used for extra leverage to push the pin back in.
3. Repeat the process for the other side of the band

You have now successfully replaced your band.
