How to Find the Serial Number on Your Alpha XL Navigation and Dog Tracking System

Finding the serial number on your device is an important step to identifying your specific device to ensure you have the correct steps for any troubleshooting or ordering any replacement parts that may be needed.

On the Alpha® XL navigation and dog tracking system there are two separate serial numbers.

• The serial number for the display/navigation device can be found by separating it from the VHF dock. It is located on the back of the display.
• The serial number for the VHF dock is located on the back of the VHF dock. If you have elected to mount your dock in your vehicle it will be necessary to remove the four screws from the mount attached to the VHF dock to view the serial number.
