VHF 210 AIS NMEA 2000/0183 Compatibility
The Garmin® VHF 210 AIS Marine Radio can receive AIS information and send that information to compatible chartplotters for viewing AIS targets on the chart. The VHF 210 AIS will only output AIS data over NMEA 2000. The NMEA 0183 output of the radio does not support AIS but can be used for DSC functions.
