ecoRoute HD Cable not Pairing

There may be times when the ecoRoute HD cable will not pair with your device. Correcting this issue can be accomplished by following the steps below:

Update the device software

The software on your device can be updated using Garmin Express.

Enable the device's Bluetooth

The Bluetooth setting should be enabled by default on your device. Follow the steps below to ensure Bluetooth is enabled:

    1. Touch Settings
    2. Touch Bluetooth
    3. Touch Bluetooth to add a checkmark

Pair the ecoRoute HD accessory

Reset the ecoRoute HD accessory and device

If the ecoRoute HD accessory and device still aren't pairing, reset both using the instructions below:
