Viewing GPS Track Data Overlays in Garmin Connect

The GPS track data overlay feature in your Garmin Connect™ account allows you to visualize important data against the geographic context of your uploaded activity.  Referencing the colored graph below your activity map, you can see where you were running faster because you wanted to sprint on a long flat surface or where you slowed down because of a hill you had to climb. The data overlay can be changed to see where your heart rate was higher as you sprinted towards the finish line or lower when you decided to walk by an aid station. When out on a bike ride you can see where you were really putting power to the pedals versus coasting on your bike.
