Using the Montana 700 inReach Series With an External GPS Antenna

At this time Garmin does not have official specifications for an external GPS antenna for use with the Montana® 700 series of outdoor handhelds with inReach® satellite communication capability. As such, we cannot officially recommend anything outside of our External GPS/Iridium Antenna with Adapter Cable Part Number 010-12881-06, which is certified with Iridium and regulatory bodies for consumer use.
