BirdsEye Imagery No Longer Appears In BaseStation Mode

If BirdsEye Imagery is no longer appearing in BaseCamp™ software when using a device in BaseStation mode, it is possible that the image files have been deactivated due to an expired subscription. 

Checking a BirdsEye Subscription Status

  1. Open BaseCamp™ program.
  2. Connect the device with BirdsEye Imagery to the computer.
    • If prompted to enter BaseStation mode, select No
  3. Click on the BirdsEye drop-down menu.
  4. Select Download BirdsEye Imagery.
  5. Select the unit from the drop-down list.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select a BirdsEye product to check for an active subscription.
    • New and renewal BirdsEye subscriptions are no longer available.



Reactivating Existing Imagery

This option is quicker than removing and redownloading and may be preferred if a large number of image files need to be restored. This requires that you have an active subscription. 

Reactivate BirdsEye Imagery in BaseCamp™ Software

  1. Open BaseCamp™.
  2. Connect the device with an active BirdsEye subscription to the computer.
    • If prompted to enter BaseStation mode, select No
  3. Click on the Blue My Collection folder folder in BaseCamp™.
  4. Click on the Show Data Filters icon  in the lower left corner to open the filter options BirdsEye Imagery No Longer Appears In BaseStation Mode 3.
  5. Click on the BirdsEye icon Orange BirdsEye icon
    • The My Collection pane in BaseCamp™ should now show all downloaded BirdsEye Imagery files
  6. Double click on a BirdsEye file.
  7. Click on the Device Activations tab.
  8. Click the Verify Device Activation button.
  9. Select the device with the active subscription.
  10. Click Next.
  11. Once the image is activated, click Close.

The BirdsEye file will now be reactivated in BaseCamp™ and will appear when using BaseStation mode. Repeat steps 6-11 for any additional BirdsEye files that need to be reactivated.
