My Approach G80 is in the Wrong Language

If your Approach® G80 golf handheld is set to the wrong language and you need to change it, the instructions below will guide you through selecting the correct language. If the language is incorrect on your first usage of the device, follow the steps for resetting the device.

Changing the Language

1. Touch .

2. Touch the bottom option.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the list of options, and touch the option second from the bottom.

4. Touch the language you would like.

You have now changed the language on your Approach G80 handheld.

Resetting the Approach G80 Handheld

If you were unable to change the language on your device using the steps above, you can follow the steps below to perform a factory reset. You will be prompted to select a language after the reset. 

1. Touch .

2. Touch the bottom option.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the list of options, and touch the option third from the bottom.

4. Touch the top option.

5. Select a language once the Approach G80 handheld restarts and follow the onscreen prompts to set up the device.

You have now reset your Approach G80 handheld.

NOTE: Any saved scorecards will be erased from the Approach G80 after resetting it.
