Heads Up Display on FltPlan Go - Maps
You can display the HUD by tapping and sliding left on the green square icon which appears at the bottom right corner of the Maps page.
If you notice the HUD background color changing from white to red, it means your handheld is receiving inconsistent GPS updates.
You can change the information displayed in the HUD by tapping on the text headers for each field.
Possible selections are:
- Altitude
- Bearing (to next waypoint)
- Distance (to next waypoint)
- Distance (to destination),
- Estimated Time Enroute
- Present Lat/Long position
- Magnetic Course
- Speed (Knots),
- Speed (Miles per hour)
- True Course
