Entering Your Product in Support Center
When entering your product in Support Center, you will need to enter the model of the product or the serial number.
We see you entered a 145 part number to identify your product. The 145 number is a part number, not the serial number or model name.
Try entering the full product name which includes the product series name and number (if applicable) such as nüvi® 2597LMT or DriveSmart™ 51. Start typing the model name and then select it from the drop down list that populates.
You can also enter the serial number which is a combination of 8 to 9 letters or numbers, without spaces or dashes externally printed on the device.
