What Do the Control Menu Icons on My Fitness Watch Mean?

You can add, remove, and change the order of the shortcut menu options in the controls menu on compatible devices. For instructions on customizing the controls menu, refer to your owner's manual. The following chart shows the available shortcut menu options and the icons for each shortcut:

	Alarms - Used to access alarm settings
	Assistance - Used to request assistance (see Setting Up Incident Detection and Assistance Features on a Garmin Fitness Device)
	Brightness - Used to adjust the display brightness
	Do Not Disturb - Used to enable or disable Do Not Disturb mode
	Find My Phone - Used to locate a lost mobile device that is paired using Bluetooth and currently within range
	Flashlight - Makes the screen display fully white
	Wallet - Used to access the Garmin Pay feature
	Lock Screen - Used to lock the touchscreen to prevent inadvertent screen touches
	LTE - Used to enable or disable 4G LTE (only on vivoactive 3 Music [Verizon])
	Music Controls - Used to control music playback (this icon will appear differently if you are using a third-party music provider like Spotify or Deezer)
	Phone - Used to enable or disable the connection with a paired smartphone
	Power - Used to power the watch on or off (this shortcut cannot be removed)
	Save Location - Used to save your current location
	Set Time With GPS - Used to update the time and date settings on the watch
	Stopwatch - Used to access the stopwatch function
	Sync - Used to sync and upload your data
	Timer - Used to set a Timer
	VIRB - Used to control a connected VIRB action camera
