Can My Bounce Send and Receive Text and Voice Messages Over Wi-Fi
The Bounce™ smartwatch is able to send and receive text and voice messages over a compatible Wi-Fi network if you have the LTE subscription enabled, even if there is no LTE signal.
We are not able to guarantee full compatibility with all Wi-Fi networks as they come with different specifications and security measures. If the watch is connected with a Wi-Fi network that is not fully compatible you may see the following symptoms:
Messages may be delayed in sending or receiving.
Messages may be unable to send until connected to LTE or a fully compatible network.
Wi-Fi connection may be unable to establish.
Wi-Fi connection may cut in and out.
