Managing My Bounce Subscription Service
The Subscription Portal will allow you to manage your subscription for your Bounce™ watch. Select a topic below for subscription management instructions. If you still have questions regarding your Garmin® subscription service please Contact Garmin Services Billing.
Select Manage on the subscription you want to update.
Select Update Payment Info.
Update or confirm billing address and select Next.
Update your current card or add new card information and select Complete.
You have now updated the payment information for your Garmin subscription.
NOTE: If your Subscription plan has already been cancelled, updating your payment method may not re-establish your plan. Instead refer to the last section of this FAQ: My Bounce Subscription Was Cancelled.
NOTE: Service cancellation is immediate and to re-enable service you will have to complete the service activation process again.
My Bounce Subscription Was Cancelled:
If your Bounce subscription was cancelled due to having an expired payment method, a payment method that is no longer valid, or a processing problem you will need to re-establish an LTE plan. To get LTE added back to your child's Bounce watch refer to the steps found here: How Do I Add the LTE Subscription After Pairing the Garmin Bounce Watch?
Setting My Subscription to Auto Renew:
The yearly subscription can be set to automatically renew.
