Managing My Bounce Subscription Service

The Subscription Portal will allow you to manage your subscription for your Bounce™ watch. Select a topic below for subscription management instructions. If you still have questions regarding your Garmin® subscription service please Contact Garmin Services Billing.


Updating Bounce Payment Information:

  1. Log in to the Subscription Portal.

  2. Select Manage on the subscription you want to update.

  3. Select Update Payment Info.

  4. Update or confirm billing address and select Next.

  5. Update your current card or add new card information and select Complete.

You have now updated the payment information for your Garmin subscription. 

NOTE: If your Subscription plan has already been cancelled, updating your payment method may not re-establish your plan. Instead refer to the last section of this FAQ: My Bounce Subscription Was Cancelled.


Downloading Bounce Invoices:

  1. Log in to the Subscription Portal.

  2. Select Manage on the device you want to update.

  3. Select Billing History.

  4. Select Download to download the most recent invoice.

  5. Select smc download iconto download a previous invoice.

You can now view the invoice details. 


Changing a Bounce Subscription Plan:

  1. Log in to the Subscription Portal.

  2. Select Manage on the subscription you want to change.

  3. Select Change Plan.

  4. Choose Select This Plan.

    • Changing from a contract to a non-contract plan may result in early cancellation fees. Select Change Plan to acknowledge.

  5. Select the box to acknowledge Automatic Renewal.

  6. Select Accept & Continue.

You have now changed the plan for your Garmin subscription.  

NOTE: Plan changes are automatic and you must wait 24 hours to make further changes to this device's plan.


Transferring a Subscription to a New/Replacement Bounce:

NOTE: To fully complete the service transfer, the new or replacement device will need to be paired to the child's profile in the Garmin Jr. App.

  1. Log in to the Subscription Portal.

  2. Select Manage on the device you want to change.

  3. Select Transfer your plan to a different compatible device.

  4. Select the replacement device.

  5. Select Confirm.

The subscription has now been transferred to your new/replacement device.


Cancelling Bounce Subscription Service:

Cancelling a Bounce Subscription cannot be performed on the same day it was activated or changed.

  1. Log in to the Subscription Portal.

  2. Select Manage on the device you want to change.

  3. Select Cancel Plan.

  4. Select Cancel Immediately.

NOTE: Service cancellation is immediate and to re-enable service you will have to complete the service activation process again. 


My Bounce Subscription Was Cancelled:

If your Bounce subscription was cancelled due to having an expired payment method, a payment method that is no longer valid, or a processing problem you will need to re-establish an LTE plan. Setting My Subscription to Auto Renew:

The yearly subscription can be set to automatically renew.
  1. Log in to the Subscription Portal.

  2. Select Manage on the subscription you want to adjust.

  3. Select the toggle under Renewal Settings to toggle on and off the auto renewal feature.
