Why The GXM 30/30A Antenna Might Not Be Receiving an XM Signal

The GXM™ 30/30A XM Smart Antenna must be under an open sky with a view of the Southern sky to acquire signals from the XM satellites. You must also have an activated XM weather and/or radio service ("Aviator" type XM subscription) to your specific XM radio ID number which can be found on the bottom side of the GXM 30/30A Smart Antenna.
