Enabling the Sleep Mode Feature on a Garmin Watch

Current activity trackers automatically detect when you have gone to sleep by detecting your movement and heart rate around your set sleep window. Some older activity trackers have the ability to manually put the device into sleep mode. Both methods require the device to be worn while resting in order to track movement and heart rate during your sleep.

NOTE: Our activity trackers are only designed to track your typical sleep window, and will not display any nap/rest time that is outside of the primary sleep time for each day.
