"Memory Full" Message on a nüvi® 600 Series or StreetPilot® c500 Series Device

The most common cause of a Memory Full message on a nüvi® 600 series or StreetPilot® c500 series is that the device requires a software update. 

To update the software on these devices, use the Garmin Express program.  Click on the following link to download and install Garmin Express.
