Saving Locations on an Automotive Device Received from the dēzl™ App

1. Send an address or point of interest to the device from the dēzl™ App

2. Return to the main menu and touch Where To? on the device

3. Touch Recent

4. Touch the location you want to save

5. Touch the  info button

6. Touch Save

7. Touch Save again

• NOTE: You can edit the following from this screen before saving:
  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Categories
  • Map Symbol

The location will be added to Saved Places.

An address received from the dēzl™ App will save the house number and street.  A point of interest will save the name.  The city, state, and zip code will not be included. 

Complete the Following Steps to edit a Saved Place: 

1. Touch Where To?

2. Touch Saved

3. Touch the location you would like to edit 

4. Touch the  info button

5. Touch the  menu button

6. Touch Edit

7. Touch the information you would like to change

• You may change the name, phone number, categories, and map symbol assigned to the location

8. Touch Done

Touch and hold the back arrow to return to the main menu.
