I Am Getting a “Content Expired" Message on My Garmin Watch
If you are receiving the message "Content Expired - Update your downloads to continue offline use", this indicates that the content you have previously downloaded needs to be synced to your watch again. Music downloads must be refreshed once every 30 days to avoid interruption when playing your downloaded music content. When you charge the watch through a wall outlet within range of your previously configured Wi-Fi connection, the refresh process occurs automatically. If you would like to refresh these downloads manually, follow the steps below on your watch:
Open the Menu.
Select Settings.
Select Music.
Select Music Providers.
Select the Source of the downloaded content.
Select Update Downloads.
Scroll down if you do not see the selection to Update Downloads.
