Replacing an Approach S10 Watch Band
If the band for your Approach S10 is starting to look worn, has broken, or you just got a new watchband, this article will help you replace the old band and purchase a new band.
Tools Needed to Replace the Band
- A clean workspace
- The Approach S10
- Replacement band
- A T5 Torx driver (provided when purchasing a replacement band from Garmin.com)
Replacing the Band
Replacing the band on your Approach S10 takes just a few steps. Before getting started, watch this video to see the process in action:
Removing the Band
- Locate the screws on the inside of the band by the watch housing.
- Use the Torx screwdriver to remove the screws.
- Pull the watchband away from the housing.
The band can now be replaced.
Installing the Band
- Push the replacement band into place until it clicks.
- Use the Torx screwdriver to screw the screws back into place.
You have now successfully replaced your band.
