(2021) Service Bulletin 21120 Rev A: Rudder Boost system may become inoperative when activated in G1000 STC for King Air 300/B300 Aircraft
PRODUCTS AFFECTED:
Textron Aviation Inc. (Beechcraft) King Air model 300, 300LW, B300, and B300C aircraft equipped with all of the following are affected:
- G1000 Integrated Flight Deck installed per STC SA01535WI-D, Master Drawing List (MDL) 005-00629-00 Rev 1 through 26.
- GSA 9000 yaw servo software version 2.13 or earlier
NOTE
Both G1000 original and G1000 NXi configurations are affected.
NOTE
King Air model A200, A200CT, 200, 200C, B200, B200C, B200GT and B200CGT aircraft are not affected by this Service Bulletin.

COMPLIANCE:
Mandatory: This STC Service Bulletin must be accomplished no later than May 31, 2022.
PURPOSE:
The Rudder Boost system may become inoperative when activated in the event of significant reduction or loss of power in one engine as described in Garmin Service Alert 21119.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
This Service Bulletin is warranty reimbursable with a deadline of May 31, 2022 after which this upgrade will no longer be reimbursable for labor.
