Geocaches Not Appearing on a Montana Handheld
There may be a few reasons why you cannot see the geocaches you have loaded to your Montana® outdoor handheld.
Geocaches Too Far Away From Current Location
By default, your handheld only displays geocaches located within a 100 mile radius of the device's current location. If you have a poor or no GPS signal, ensure the device is outside with a clear view of the sky.
In order to view geocaches that are outside this radius, utilize the Search Near option and select a map point within a 100 mile radius of the geocache(s) you wish to view.

My Geocache Is Still Not Appearing on the Map
If your geocache is still not visible on the map, it is best to ensure the zoom level set for geocaches is not the issue. Map items do not appear when the map zoom level is turned off or higher than the selected level.

My Geocache Is Still Not Showing
If your geocache still is not visible, it is possible the files are corrupt or did not transfer. Try deleting the geocache(s) from your device and adding them back.
