(2024) Service Alert 24017 Rev A: PFD Reset

PRODUCTS AFFECTED:

G2000, G3000, and G5000 systems with the following GDU™ Display/GTC software versions are affected:

• 32.01.00 and later
  
• 32.10 and later

ISSUE:

The Flight Plan Leg page on the PFD may cause the PFD to reset.

ACTION:

Do not use the Flight Plan Leg page on the PFD, instead use the MFD.

NOTE
The Flight Plan Leg page on the MFD might be sluggish.

RESOLUTION:

This will be addressed in a future software release.
