T5 mini / TT15 mini LED Flashing Red on Charge

The status LED on my T 5 mini or TT™ 15 mini collar flashes or blinking red continuously when on charge.

• Inspect the charging clip to ensure there is a clean and complete connection with the collar
• If necessary ensure the collar has had adequate time to warm to room temperature before charging
• Ensure the collar was charged at room temperature

My T5 mini / TT15 mini collar failed under warranty.
